The Knitting Circle has created another batch of knitted goods for the Silent Auction at this year's Cookie Walk. They are on display in the hall. Stop by any time the church is open, and add your bids to the clip boards. As in years past, the auction closes after the 11:00 AM Sunday Service on December 3rd (the day after the Cookie Walk), and the proceeds benefit The Christ Child Society of Baltimore and Heifer.org.

The 2017 Cookie Walk was one of our most successful, with almost 1,000 pounds of cookies sold, and with gross sales of over $9,000. The jams and jellies, and the Welsh cakes all sold out, and there was only a limited selection of cookies available to parishioners hoping to pick up some cookies the next day. Camerata Musica provided a lovely musical accompaniment to the day.

The Choir of Men & Boys presented a Festival of Lessons & Carols for Christmas on Advent III. It was a bit early, but it was in lieu of the usual Epiphany Lessons & Carols at the beginning of January, since circumstances require cancelling that service. It was, as usual, a lovely service, and the reception following was, also as usual, overflowing with food and fellowship.
