Maypole at the Garden Party

Don’t be a Puritan Roundhead—come to the Cavalier side and join in the Maypole Dance. It’s fun for the whole family. (You don’t have to tell your kids what it’s all about.) The Dance Magnet Students of Patapsco High School and Center for the Arts will perform a Maypole Dance at 1:30 PM. When they repeat it at 2:30, children can join in!

If your children get too rowdy, you can get His Majesty’s Gaolor to give them a timeout in the pillory. (Or they can’t put you in the pillory—that’s happened, too.) Or you can buy a joke from His Majesty’s Jester.

There’s all sorts of entertainment, fun and games, and great food at our British Garden Party and Fête on Saturday, May 4th, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
