It’s that time of year again… Time for St Stephen’s quarterly community blood drive. Blood banks are chronically in short supply, and in the last several months there have been occasions when shortages were so severe that hospitals had to postpone elective surgeries. Summer, on the other hand, sees a surge in the need for blood supplies.
If you can spare a half hour or so, and a pint of blood, please sign up for our summer blood drive, 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, July 24th in the Parish Hall. There are sign-up sheets at the church, or you can call the Parish Office at (410) 560-6776, or you can drop an email to Anne Hawkins, the Director of Pastoral Care, at dpc@ststeve.com. Tell her Isaac sent you.
