God willing, on Sunday, June 9th, St Stephen’s two postulants, Michael Belt and John Novicki, will be ordered as Deacons by The Rt. Rev. John Vaughan, at 4:30 PM. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers, and plan to attend the service if you can.
Almighty God, the giver of all good gifts, who of thy divine providence hast appointed divers Orders in thy Church: Give thy grace, we humbly beseech thee, to Michael and John, who are to be called to the Order of Deacon; and so replenish them with the truth of thy doctrine, and endue them with innocency of life, that they may faithfully serve before thee, to the glory of thy great Name, and the benefit of thy holy Church; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
