I would like to thank you for the many cards and gifts I received following my recent retirement. Heartfelt thanks go out to Jim and Rosa Halbert for hosting my wonderful party at their beautiful home. I was totally overwhelmed to have seen so many there.
I so enjoyed my role as Director of Pastoral Care, and feel very privileged that you allowed me to offer, and accept my support. It was a very happy thirteen years and I am blessed to have had such an excellent mentor in Fr. Guy .
What joy having Happy Riley taking over from me. Also new to the team is our Subdeacon Wiley Hawks. We all worked together over the last month having shared memorable moments. They are an excellent team.
Bill and I have travel plans and family commitments which my retirement will undoubtedly make easier to deal with. We are not moving; we love life here in Timonium and realize how so very blessed we are to have found St Stephen’s, where we have made so many wonderful and special friends.
