The knitters have been at it again. There is a splendid selection of hand-knitted items lining the walls of the hallway outside Quimby Hall – and spilling into the vestibule. With so many beautifully crafted items there must be something for that special someone on your Christmas list, or as a special treat for yourself.
It’s easy to bid: just put your name, contact number, and bid on the clipboard accompanying each item. But beware, you’ll have to pay attention or someone may sneak in and outbid you. This year, however, there is a “buy it now” option which will seal the deal. Bidding will close after the 11:00 AM. service on Sunday, December 3rd, and winners will be notified by phone of their successful bid.
Once again, proceeds from the Silent Auction will be donated to The Christ Child Society of Baltimore and Heifer.org. Bid early and bid often!
