Saint Stephen’s annual, not-to-be missed Cookie Walk is just around the corner. But this year, it’s going to be a week later than usual: it will be on Saturday, December 14th, 2019. That’s the second Saturday of December—a week later than usual—because we wanted a bit more distance from Thanksgiving. And, to be honest, a bit more proximity to Christmas. That should increase the likelihood that the cookies will last the holiday season.
If you’re that rare person who isn’t familiar with our Cookie Walk, you should know that we have pounds and pounds of homemade cookies for you to choose from, for the reasonable cost of $10 per pound. There are also homemade jams and jellies, peanut brittle, and Christmas puddings. As in the past, we will have Christmas wreaths and bundles of greens to decorate your house, and Santa Claus will be on hand to chat with your little ones. You can also bid on a variety of hand-knitted goods prepared by the Knitting Circle in our Silent Auction, to benefit Heifer, International, and The Christ Child Society of Baltimore.
The Cookie Walk will run from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon at the church, 11856 Mays Chapel Rd, Timonium, MD. For details, see our Garden Party page.
