The Pastoral Care Team would like to know if you are aware of anyone who needs a visit, a phone call, or Holy Communion brought to them. Maybe you haven’t seen the person who sits in front of you recently. Or maybe you have a family member or a friend down the street who is in need. The Team doesn’t always know who is ill or just needs someone to talk to.
